Sandra has worked in human resources and learning and development for the last 20 years. She has held management positions in both the private and public sectors and is known for her abilities in developing people and delivering results.
In her 7 years as a consultant she has worked with a wide range of clients from professional services, financial services, IT, local government, state government, telecommunications, tourism, fashion, transport, pharmaceuticals and building and property development.
Sandra’s previous work history included roles in a variety of organisations including a resort, an airline, local government, facilities management, professional services and she has even run her own restaurant. This varied background has provided exposure to a wide range of management styles, organisational settings and challenges.
Sandra has a Bachelor of Adult Education with a major in Human Resource Development and an Advanced Certificate in Management, and is currently studying a Masters in Management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Society for Organisational Learning Australia (SOLA).
Sandra’s passion is for the development side of HR where she can help people and organisations grow. Her expertise and areas of significant experience are management and leadership development, training, coaching, facilitation, recruitment, performance management and performance improvement, and organisational development projects.
